Finalisation of the “Oud-Knocke”-project …
… on the corner of Alfred Verweeplein – Piers de Raveschootlaan at Knokke-Heist, created by architect Luc De Beir. The creation of a tower was autorized, following the new specifications of the RUP.
With this project we build a real EYE-CATCHER on the town square.
CONTEMPORARY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN ‘KASTEELWIJK’ in IZEGEM
This project includes the demolition of the ‘Sint Rafaël’ church and its presbytery and the realisation of a new contemporary residential project.
The demolition work has to start in the summer of 2018.

Urbes buys Castle ‘Blauwhuis’ in Izegem!
The future of the historic castle ‘Blauwhuis’ in Izegem is assured.
Urbes, the project development arm of the construction company Romel, has bought the site and wants the complex completely renovated within five years with office space, catering industry and limited residential living.
Green recidency park next to “Kasteel Blauwhuis” at Izegem
On a property of ca. 2.5 ha we will build a project of different elegant multi-dwelling buildings, by an exceptional creation of Architects Govaert & Vanhoutte.
